My eating habits

For breakfast, I usually have a chicken sandwich and a cup of chamomile tea. But sometimes I also like to eat scrambled eggs with toast and a glass of lemonade. In fact, I love sandwiches, whether they're ham, cheese, or sausage, but my favorite is the chicken one.

For lunch, I usually eat roast chicken with white rice and a Russian salad. Although I have been eating a lot of spaghetti in meat sauce in recent months, I didn't like it before, but now I taste it delicious. And for dessert an apple is always great.

For dinner, I usually have some toast and a cup of anise tea. At night, I don't usually eat anything heavy to have better digestion and sleep peacefully.
